In This Role, You Will
• Lead and supervise daily service operations to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient workflows.
• Coordinate annual service targets, manage team schedules, and lead all aspects of daily departmental activities.
• Develop and implement work instructions, site JSAs, and safety protocols to enhance service quality and delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement in site management, including 5S practices, safety, and service processes.
• Maintain and update service capability matrices, training plans, and risk assessments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and operational synergy.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions to meet business goals.
• Ensure compliance with Emerson’s safety, environmental, and quality standards, as well as local regulations.
• Implement performance management systems and skills matrices to support team development.
• Coach, mentor, and evaluate team members to foster a high-performance culture.
• Manage staffing, hiring, training, and scheduling to meet service demands.
• Champion customer satisfaction by resolving complex issues and implementing service excellence initiatives.
• Analyze customer feedback and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
• Optimize budgets, cost controls, and resource allocation to improve profitability.
• Oversee inventory levels and vendor contracts to reduce downtime and enhance efficiency.

For This Role You Will Need
• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Mechanical/Technical Operations, or a related field.
• Proven leadership experience in service or manufacturing operations.
• Strong people management skills, including team development and performance coaching.
• Experience in preparing rosters and managing workforce planning.
• Intermediate financial knowledge to support budgeting and cost control.
• Proficiency in service management software and operational tools.
• A demonstrated history of driving operational excellence in service or manufacturing environments.
