In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

・ You will be responsible for the regular inspection and maintenance of our control valves used in customer plants (power plants and chemical plants). Since we cover customer plants nationwide from our base in Chiba, your work will mainly involve business trips.
・ Support the stable operation of plants through regular inspection, adjustment, and repair of our products (control valves) installed in customer plants.
・ Work will be done in a team of 3-4 people. (Collaboration with affiliated companies may occur depending on the location)
・ About 70% of the annual work will involve business trips, since regular inspections and maintenance are the main focus, about 90% of the business trips are scheduled.
・ Unscheduled troubles will be handled together with senior employees until you gain experience.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• High School diploma or equivalent.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in related mechanical experience.

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively deal with customers.

• Good mechanical background and well organized.

• Ability to speak, read and write in mechanical related matters in Japanese.

• Willingness and ability to travel up to 80-90%, including occasional overnight.

• Legal authorization to work in Japan without sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

Working knowledge of manufacturing or plant is preferred.
