YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

For more information: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AtBcuhhLVxI https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ltDTsWcmcjs https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0G7M4-NbZ7w https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PdI8QSQBM8A The work model for the role is: #LiHybrid You will be mainly accountable for: • Performing service activities at the customer’s site (commissioning, maintenance, tests, system expansion, etc.) at the highest level of quality • Cooperation with clients on the progress of workshop work and its results • Making recommendations to customers regarding the spare parts list and upgrade services • Periodic trips outside the Polish • Maintenance of spare parts (creating tool lists, reporting shortages, etc.) and personal protective equipment (ordering, checking the condition and reporting needs) • Contacting factories to support our customers • Completing databases • Performing repairs and post-warranty repairs in accordance with procedures

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the analytical industry
• Chemistry knowledge or education with a chemical profile or related
• Experience in working on analytical devices (CEMS & Chromatographs) will be treated as an additional advantage
• Fluent knowledge of English
• Ability to work at a height of more than 3 meters
• Ability to work on business trips (80%)
• Analytical attitude and focus on customer satisfaction (ability to talk to the customer under pressure)
• Good communication skills
