As a software engineer at Emerson, you’ll play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction with our T&M hardware and software products. You’ll design and develop innovative software solutions, maintain existing applications, and continuously improve application reliability.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Use Agile methodologies to design, develop, and implement high-quality solutions.
• Collaborate with System Analysts, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams to deliver on business requirements.
• Build and integrate software solutions with existing systems and platforms.
• Troubleshoot, resolve issues, and perform maintenance to ensure application reliability.
• Implement and adhere to best practices in software development and testing.
• Create and maintain documentation for software applications and technical manuals.
• Learn and build skills through self-study, training, and hands-on learning.
• Identify risks and opportunities, gather and interpret information, and take independent action or escalate as needed.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Innovative, out-of-the-box thinking.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Successfully delivered full stack solutions in a Scrum team.
• Developed webservices, microservices, and APIs to transfer information between environments like Oracle and Salesforce
• Created containers and monitoring solutions for Java applications deployed in Kubernetes
• Experience modifying with build and release pipelines in Azure DevOps
• Technical expertise with:Java, Docker, Rancher, Helm charts, Maven, Spring FrameworkSalesforce Apex and LWC, Javascript, Angular, MuleSoft, Oracle ERP, Toad, InformaticaGit (Azure DevOps), CI/CD PipelinesTest automation, monitoring, and alerting

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 6+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
• 6+ years of experience in a development team.
• Advanced English skills.
