Job Description
Scope This position is for a Missions Solutions Application Developer. This includes Win 32 and web based applications. Work with Application Support Analysts to develop new system that meet End User requirements, participate in development, testing and implementation of application changes. Assist Application Support Analysts in troubleshooting application issues and providing End User support.Principal Job Duties & Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain In-House developed applications
• Understand customer requests, provide estimates for implementation and provide guidance with testing
• Participate in various application change, enhancement and implementation life cycles
• Participate with cross-functional team members in issue identification, process impacts, and solution development discussions to optimize end-to-end solutions
• Support business solutions, and investigate operational problems and system requirements
• Organize and prioritize a variety of projects and multiple tasks in an effective and timely manner, set priorities, and meet deadlines
• Ensure that project deliverables and schedules are met
• Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and global standards
• Adhere to and support Fluor’s Health, Safety & Environmental and Sustainability Policies Working Conditions
• Generally favorable indoor office workspace and/or this position is eligible for remote tele-worker assignment out of our Greenville, SC government group division office.Other Job Duties & Responsibilities
• Comfortable communicating technical concepts to business process owners, peers, and subordinates
• Assist application support in the development of test scripts
• Experience managing expectations when balancing business requirements, technical capabilities, and value to the corporation
• Working awareness of IT environments including infrastructure and development languages/tools

Basic Job Requirements
• Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and ten (10) years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to fourteen (14) years if non-degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
• Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines
• Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner
Other Job Requirements
• 15+ years working as an Application Developer
• C#, SQL Server, IIS Experience
• Critical thinking skills and the ability to perform data analysis
• Knowledge of the Software Design Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Job-related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job, including troubleshooting skills
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
Salary Range
118,500 to 213,500
Market Rate
The market rate for the role is typically at the mid-point of the salary range; however, variations in final salary are determined by additional factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, relevant years of experience, geographic location, internal pay equity, and prevailing market conditions for the specific role.
