​Responsibilities:

• Perform troubleshooting and modification on Yokogawa supplied system including Centum, Prosafe, Stardom Fast/Tools, CI server, PRM, EXA packages and 3rd party product
• Configure and troubleshooting of network including routers, switches and firewall
• Configure and troubleshooting IT software including antivirus, backup software, whitelisting software, virtualization system etc.
• Provide technical support and consultation service to customers, SSO service sales and other departments.
• Work closely with LSBD/YHQ Global ResponseCentre/Solution/Third-partyproviders to solve customers’ hardware/software related issue.
• Provide 24 x7 x 4 standby support

Requirement:

• Degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, information technology or equivalent
• At least 5 years of working experience with control system including DCS, SIS, SCADA, PLC, PRM, Exa packages, etc
• Experience in Virtualization technology (VMWare, Hyper-V, etc)
• Experience in network technologies (e.g. switches, routers, VPN, firewall, data diode) Experience in IT (e.g. antivirus, Windows update, active directory, backup/recovery)
• Knowledge in TCP/IP LAN/WAN network. Design and configuration skills in switches, routers, firewall
• Technical knowledge in control engineering and familiar with protocols like Modbus, Fieldbus, Profibus
• IT skills in antivirus, whitelisting, backup/recovery.
