We are looking for a Senior Service Engineer to join our team!
The Field Senior Service Engineer will perform activities required for the installation, commissioning, start-up and technical support of Emerson software and systems at customer sites. As Senior Service Engineer, you are also responsible for the preparations and design activities of the systems in the company office and also responsible for driving work according to the Emerson standards of safety and quality.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
• Perform tasks for system maintenance and performance evaluations.
• Provide technical support to customers.
• Be able to solve customers problems related to the process system.
• Implement Control system maintenance tasks.
• Perform system acceptance tests, installation, commissioning, training, fault analysis and rectification work at customer sites and installations.
• Assist in design studies, H/W & S/W upgrades & modifications.
• Configuring/application management and support.
• Implement all work (repairs, installations, training etc.) in accordance with guidelines and certifications.
• Be able and willing to perform emergency call-out services to provide customers with fast and efficient services.
• Implement the requested job in the best way to meet customer’s deadlines and expectations.
• Keep workshop/workplace(s) tidy, in order and representative.
• Communicate issues concerning customer satisfaction or customer requests for Emerson support to the responsible person in Service Management or Sales Management.
• Tutoring customer training.

For This Role, You Will Need:
• Degree in an engineering discipline, such as mechanical / electrical, computer science, or control systems.(Minimum technical College level).
• Good communications skills and fluent in English –written and spoken.
• Technical competencies.
• Availability to work non-office hours and perform call-out services, if applicable.
• Availability to work offshore, if applicable.
• Driving license for car.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
• Relevant experience a from process industry such as Biotechnology / Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Oil & Gas, Refineries.
• Product Knowledge.
