Senior Project Pursuit Sales Engineer

Job Summary :
Lead Project for Instrument product and service (Flow temp pressure level and Analyzer) for MRO team with all various industries such as exploration, Petro chemical, and diversify industry and supervise a team for the strategic and achieved sales target and ensure effective and efficient management to the group. Deliver and deep drive sales team with customer encouraged product and service. This will work across product marketing and industry leader in AP Region and at country level collaboration with internal team membersIn This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
• Responsible for developing the Flow Measurement Project business throughout the Thailand region.
• Provide overall leadership for the project pursuit business; maintain visibility of top AP projects and develop pursuit strategies in conjunction with BDM Project country Leaders and other project pursuit resources.
• Drive Thailand project opportunities and strategy development to improve Flow measurement scope.
• Pursue, negotiate contract pricing and T&C of key projects which are of strategic importance to the organization.
• Actively represent Emerson Thailand cross divisional and cross world area project pursuit activities.
• Work with country leaders on developing project visibility on target projects and early strategy development.
• Growing abilities and skills within the Measurement solution Product Group Thailand project pursuit organization. Ensure resources needed for effective project pursuit and execution is available.
• Maintain Thailand top project’s list for Sales & Operation Planning (S&OP).
• Penetrate Competitors market in Thailand.
• Closely with customer by updating job progress, new product information and application note information feeding
• Feed information to Marketing team for competitive price situation and competitions’ positions in the respective countries.

For This Role, You Will Need:
• Minimum 3 years or more experiences can be applied as engineering role in Process Instrumentation experience or relate.
• Strong technical knowledge of Process Instrument control or relate
• Strong customer relationship with key account O&G Petrochemical is preference
• Marketing communication skill
• Good collaboration, interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
• Degree/ Diploma in an engineering field (Automation, Instrumentation).
• Good supervision skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) and an excellent communicator.
• Flexibility to work anywhere and different time zone as individual leader
• Basic understanding of Instrument, Control system and process application
• Capable of planning for key account management
