Job Description

Basic Job Requirements

• Promote innovative construction techniques, lead team meetings, and maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders.
• Lead subcontractors, ensuring quality and standards both on and off-site, and drive commitment to quality.
• Support planning and design, manage project operations, and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Monitor project progress, coordinate activities, and prepare status reports and change orders.
• Clear written and technical skills with demonstrated capability in commercials, budgets/construction metrics and change management
• Leading the design and implementation of the project.

• Preferable 7 years’ experience in a construction/engineering environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Experience in budget management and cost control.
• Strong commitment to team safety
