If you are looking to expand your career in Manufacturing and Operations field, Emerson has an excellent opportunity for you! We are seeking a Senior / Manufacturing Supervisor who can facilitate optimizing processes for warehouse operations and productivity improvements through initiatives.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
• Lead all aspects of Production Operations to fulfill customer orders on time.
• Improve processes within Production to reduce waste and lead time.
• Drives Continual Improvement Initiatives to ensure Zero-defect system and Eliminate workflow interruptions.
• Accountable for inventory accuracy in Production WIP and Finished goods.
• Drive efficiency and speed improvement for Production and Material flow processes through digitalization and automation initiatives.
• Backup for Production Supervisors to implement accurate and timely completion of work orders.
• Responsible for maintaining high safety and 5S standards.
• Ensure compliance of workplace safety rules, including but not limited to the usage of personal protective equipment, if provided to you, while working; not involved in any unsafe or negligent act that may endanger peers or oneself; reporting unsafe work conditions and providing suggestions to improve safety/ health at work, as needed.

For This Role, You Will Need:
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in a manufacturing and warehousing companies.
• Great teammate who can collaborate with other functional teams to get results and meet business goals.
• A person with good communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
• Degree/Diploma or equivalent experience in Manufacturing, Production, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or any related field.
• Knowledge of Lean, SPC tools or Oracle business system will be an advantage.
