Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Manufacturing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will serve in an administrative support role, helping to facilitate various operations and manufacturing engineering tasks. Candidate must be strong at learning computer systems, as they will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Windchill, handle various manufacturing engineering tasks, and ensure the compliant creation and updates of bill of materials (BOMs) and manufacturing recipes. You will work collaboratively with multiple departments, vendors, and team members to enhance our manufacturing processes and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide instruction and guidance for users on Windchill functionality.
• Submit IDMS tickets to add associates to approval groups.
• Act as Change Admin for all recipe creations and updates, BOM creation and updates, and tooling updates.
• Support the business by creating Windchill objects and submitting changes.

• Execute and manage Winshuttle scripts.
• Responsible for adding new resources to Back to Basics (BtB) and submitting mass edit BtB Change Requests to the Master Data Team.

• Submit purchase orders (POs) for various departments
• Collaborate with vendors and users to investigate and resolve PO invoicing mismatches and errors.

• Oversee the weekly review and ordering of indirect crib items, performing material availability analysis to determine material and supply requirements.
• Work with sourcing teams on price updates.
• Coordinate the shipping of indirect materials to other J&J sites or engage directly with vendors.

• Generate reports for multiple departments
• Act as a Records Coordinator for engineering and operations
• Order supplies for various areas.
• Responsible for gCraft CAR submissions.

Qualifications:

• HS Diploma Required.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in manufacturing coordination or similar roles.
• Experience in data systems, technical administration
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
