Role Purpose:

Plan and execute specific job tasks or work scopes within a floating production storage and offloading (FPSO) project. The complexity of assigned scopes varies depending on the seniority of the Project Engineer.

Key Accountabilities:

• Assist the Area Manager in managing EPC scopes, including overseeing various work packages or mini-projects to ensure successful and timely project delivery.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure all project activities and deliverables are completed according to schedule.
• Develop detailed project plans and timelines for different project stages and contribute to the overall project schedule.
• Monitor progress of engineering deliverables, procurement, and construction activities to ensure on-time delivery and support related functions.
• Track engineering issuance, procurement activities, vendor data progress, and construction milestones to expedite project execution.
• Participate in design and technical reviews, workshops, and develop action registers to monitor issue resolution and task completion.
• Communicate potential delays to relevant teams and develop mitigation plans to maintain project timelines.
• Report regularly on project status to management and assist in preparing progress reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical discipline.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry and/or EPC project environment.

Competencies:

• Knowledge of project management principles.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Technical expertise in FPSO or related oil and gas facilities.
