• Project Planning & ExecutionDevelop comprehensive project plans that ensure successful and measurable execution. Assess technical feasibility, financial viability, and risks. Define customer requirements, create work breakdown structures, and manage budgets. Proactively identify risks and mitigation strategies while maintaining clear communication on schedules and milestones.
• Primary Point of ContactServe as the single point of contact for all project-related matters. Develop and implement communication plans to ensure consistent and professional interactions with customers and stakeholders. Facilitate project reviews and effectively manage scope and schedule changes.
• Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with manufacturing, R&D, operations, quality, and sales teams. Lead through influence to ensure project success and build strong relationships for future collaboration.
• Project Analysis & Risk ManagementSupervise and report on project costs, quality, and status. Evaluate and manage changes that significantly impact scope, budget, or schedule. Drive timely decision-making.
• Resource ManagementCollaborate with resource managers to ensure appropriate staffing. Influence decisions related to scope, schedule, and resource allocation.
• Process ImprovementLead continuous improvement initiatives based on lessons learned. Champion process and tool enhancements to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading engineering projects
• Strong communication skills with both technical and executive audiences
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Eagerness to learn and grow professionally
• Proven track record to lead and coach teams effectively

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• PMP, PMI-ACP, or CAPM certification
• Experience in the test and measurement industry
• Familiarity with National Instruments hardware and software
• Experience with Power BI or Planview Portfolios
