Regional Sr EngineeringManager _ HCI
• You will be responsible for implementation and ensure alignment HSE standard methodologies and appropriate guidelines are followed.
• Ensuring consistency to relevant internal and industry standard methodologies and guidelines will be an important aspect of the role.
• Act as a focal point of the team to several other parts of the organization such as Project Management, After Market Services, other LOBs, Sales, CoEs etc.
• Ensure availability of highly skilled and effective personnel for execution and delivery.
• Maintain a high level of mutual successful relationship to external customers.
• Be able to technically lead a team with varied strengths of multiple skill level, national & cultural background and ensure projects and professional services are carried out on time, on budget and to the satisfaction of the customer.
• Work on several external and internal projects simultaneously providing consulting and expertise across the business.
• You and your team are required to support sales with presentations, demonstrations, development of white papers, proposals and estimates.
• Lead a team of managers who Drive planning, coordination and execution of the Projects Engineering within the local organization
• Responsible for functional management of local engineering teams to ensure business goals and objectives are met and key operations strategies are implemented
• Plan, develop and support staffing of key personnel for the engineering organizations through a robust and effective SIOP process
• Participate in AOP processes and provide leadership to execute on agreed plan

YOU MUST HAVE
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering in process control or similar engineering discipline.
• Excellent process understanding and knowledge gained by plant experience.
