Monday to Friday, full-time onsite

About the Role:

We’re supporting a global materials technology organisation in the search for a Senior E&I Maintenance Technician for their busy site in Hoboken, Belgium. Working within the Maintenance team of a complex industrial facility, you’ll be responsible for hands-on maintenance, improvement works, and diagnostics across electrical, HVAC, and burner systems.

This role is ideal for someone who’s technically skilled, self-driven, and ready to roll up their sleeves in a highly specialised production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and improvement works on burner and HVAC installations (electrical, mechanical, automation, piping)
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on a wide range of electrical systems
• Support shutdowns and improvement projects with hands-on electrical work
• Interpret and draw electrical and piping schematics
• Calibrate and use various measuring instruments accurately
• Report to the team coach and assist the planner with records and schematics
• Follow safety protocols and ensure cleanliness and order on the job site

Required Technical Skills:

• Technical diploma (minimum A2) in electricity or electromechanics
• Industrial experience with burner and HVAC systems is a major advantage
• Familiar with classical electrical components (motors, relays, transformers, automation)
• Knowledge of measurement and control technology is beneficial
• Able to work independently and effectively in small teams
• Flexible with working hours, including overtime and possible shift changes

Certifications:

• VCA certification required
• GII certificate is a strong advantage
• Minimum B4 electrical certification required; B5 will be obtained during the contract
