Job Summary:
Quality control for DCS system products in the production process, enhance company products competitiveness; Optimize production control flow, reduce unnecessary quality cost; Improve supplier product quality, reduce hidden resource loss.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
• Responsible for DCS product quality control, leading the production quality control and implementation;
• Responsible for fully implementing quality tools into the production process and monitoring their effective execution;
• Responsible for quality record review, to confirm the authenticity and validity of production implementation;
• Responsible for the internal quality documents preparation, revision, release, implementation, management;
• Responsible for the statistical analysis of nonconforming products, and horizontally promote the improvement of other departments or suppliers to achieve quality goals;
• Responsible for handling the special quality issues, organizing resources for continuous improvement, and reviewing the results of improvement to confirm the effectiveness and progress;
• Responsible for the irregular quality audit within the department to ensure the quality system is running effectively in the department;
• Responsible for tracking the implementation and closure of non-conformance items about department internal audit, customer audit and third-party audit;
• Responsible for accompany the audit for company’s safety products;
• Complete other matters arranged by the team leader.
Who You Are:
You gain insight into customer needs. You effectively communicate in various settings: one-on-one, small and large groups, or among diverse styles and position levels. You create teamwork allowing others across the organization to achieve shared objectives.
For This Role, You Will Need:
• Bachelor degree or above, major in electrical, electronics or automation is preferred;
• At least 3 years related experience in quality management, strong knowledge about five quality management tools and methods;
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
• Familiar with ISO9001 quality management system, CCC,CSA safety regulations preferred;
• Have quality management system thinking, excellent analysis and logical thinking ability, good communication and learning ability;
• Good English with written and oral;
• Excellent with office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint…).
