This is what you are going to do!

You will be responsible for managing organizational projects (internal and/or 3rd party). Also, other responsibilities imply preparing and presenting updates regularly to relevant management channels, ensuring that projects outcomes are in-line with the estimated project performance and profitability.

Your main responsibilities are:

• Ensure that projects assigned to you are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility; develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
• Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project’s lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards, and perform risk management to minimize project’s risks.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation; coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
• Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project management plan.
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

We are looking for a colleague with:

• +4 years of project management experience using waterfall project management methodology.
• Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines.
• Strong client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills, including attention to details.
• Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously.
• Leadership skills.
• Capacity to manage high stress situations, as well as conflict resolution skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and presentation skills.
• Team player and problem-solving aptitude are crucial for this position.
• Engineering background would also be preferable.
• PMP or PRINCE II certification is a plus.
