Your Role: Own the Challenge/Take on the Journey

• You will lead the execution of medium sized projects and ensure that all related activities are performedin accordance withABB policies, relevant cyber security regulations and standards, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety and environmental requirements, financialtargetsand schedule commitments.

• Projects are small, on the scale of 100,000dollers.Maximumis 20-30 milliondollers.Usuallyit is on the scale of 1-3 milliondollers. The number of people in charge varies depending on the size of the project, from 1 to 20. The annual average is 5-10 milliondollers.

• Work withcutting-edgetechnology and top experts to engineer solutions that shape the future.

Whatittakes toRunwhatruns theworld

• University graduate or above, electrical engineering preferred (mechanical engineering also acceptable)

• At least 5 years of project management experience or project engineering experience or sales experience

• 【Japanese】JLPT N1 level or above in Japanese language

• 【English】Business level (reading, writing, speaking)

• A mindset to innovate, take ownership, and drive continuous improvement
