ABOUT THE POSITION

About the Role:

We are seeking an experiencedProject Managerwith12+ years of experiencein managingEPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction)projects, particularly within theoil and gas industry. The ideal candidate will have worked on projects forSaudi AramcoandADNOC, and will report directly to theProject Director.

The Project Manager will oversee engineering teams responsible formetering skids, Modular Skids, Analyzers shelters, flow measurement devices, flow computers, andfield instrumentation. They will manage the execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery, resource management, and customer satisfaction, while adhering to financial and quality standards

• Lead the day-to-day operations of EPC projects, managing all aspects from planning to delivery, under the supervision of the Project Director.
• Oversee engineering teams working onmetering skids,flow measurement devices, andinstrumentation calibration, ensuring that all technical requirements are met.
• Maintain regular communication with customers, managing their expectations and ensuring their satisfaction with project progress.
• Ensure projects are delivered within budget and on schedule, while escalating potential risks or issues to the Project Director as necessary.
• Assist in identifying and processing customer change orders, ensuring that any scope adjustments are captured and approved.
• Work closely with the procurement team to ensure timely acquisition of project materials and services, in line with budget and project goals.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, maintaining clear documentation and collaborating with the Project Director for resolution.
• Ensure compliance with the company’sQuality Management System (QMS)and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related field).
• 12+ years of experiencein project management, preferably within theEPCsector.
• Experience withSaudi AramcoandADNOCprojects is a plus.
• Familiarity withmetering skids,flow measurement devices,flow computers, andinstrumentation calibration.
• PMP or other project management certifications preferred.
• Significant experience managing EPC projects, particularly forSaudi AramcoandADNOC.
• Proven track record in leading teams formetering skids,flow measurement devices, andinstrumentation calibrations.
• Demonstrated ability to work under the direction of a senior leader, such as a Project Director, while taking full ownership of project execution.
• Familiarity withchange management,risk mitigation, andquality assuranceprocesses.

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in developing project schedules, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end lifecycle of EPC projects.
• Ability to monitor project costs and ensure alignment with financial goals.
• Experience in working with procurement teams to source materials and services.
• Proficiency in managing project changes and scope adjustments.
