Operations Manager
YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Project Engineer, you will be member of engineering team for various LV switchgear engineering projects in Dilovası, Kocaeli Turkiye. In this role, you will make technical recommendations in various phases of customer projects to ensure successful delivery of project deliverables on time, within budget and in line with quality and safety guidelines. Responsibilities: Prepare concepts and electrical solutions for low-voltage switchgear based on customer specifications and in accordance with applicable standards, Review customer specifications and apply standard engineering techniques in line with ABB directives and industry standards, Prepare all necessary technical documentation in accordance with project specification, Utilize checklists to perform design verification, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and engineering guidelines, Create Bills of Materials (BoM) for order releases, Provide technical support to manufacturing and testing, Following non-conformance reports and taking necessary preventive actions, Create and update article databases and electrical macros, Participate in the development and implementation of new solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, or a related field,
• Minimum 3 years experience in design of switchgear projects (Experience in Low Voltage Switchgears or Medium Voltage, Switchgears will be plus),
• Knowledge about low voltage switchgear and protection & control devices and capable to developed project design using CAD software and related ABB tools,
• Good command of written and spoken English and Turkish is must,
• E-Plan or similar electrical design software knowledge is preferable,
• Analytical mindset with strong planning and self-learning skills,
• High self-reliance and responsibility for assigned tasks.
