Project Lead

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of medium-size projects. Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by leading the project team members to achieve project requirements, deliver contracted deliverables, and meet the committed project result. You will be mainly accountable for: • Leads the project team, establishes the project execution approach, and oversees project hand-over, execution planning, and monitoring and control activities for internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals. • Provides performance feedback for the resources allocated to projects. Instructions and Guidelines • Involves in continuous improvement and simplification. • Supports in improving guidelines, tools, and templates. • Ensures compliance with relevant cybersecurity regulations, standards, and contractual requirements. • Supports local Sales and Tendering through early involvement in tenders. • Monitoring and controlling project progress, efficient resource utilization, and project financials. • Identifying, qualifying, quantifying, managing project risk, and ensuring all opportunities are identified and pursued. • Driving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and acknowledgment by the customer, all in accordance with the contract.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE

• Ability to demonstrate more than 5 years of experience from Industrial Robot Manufacturer or System Integrator in Project management / Site management with Robot programming background.
• Possess an enhanced knowledge of Arc welding, Spot welding, Handling (Palletizing, Machine tending etc.,), Cobots
• Experience in Robotic system integration.
• Experience in ABB/ KUKA/ FANUC/ Yaskawa Robots
• You are passionate about good communication Skills.
• Degree in BE Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronics with min 8 to 12 years of experience.
• You are at ease communicating in English.
• You Should hold VISA/work permit to work in India.
