As a Project Engineer I at Honeywell, you will be responsible for coordinating and communicating with cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and ensuring effective project coordination. Your role will involve monitoring project progress and adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards to maintain project efficiency and deliver high-quality results. You will report directly to our Project Manager and work out of our designated location on a hybrid work schedule, after the first 90 days which will be onsite.

In this role, you will have a significant impact on the company’s success by ensuring the successful execution and delivery of engineering projects, driving operational excellence, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support ES&I in managing projects in support of Aerospace Engineering growth strategies. Support ES&I leadership team in evaluating feasibility, estimation, and execution of Aerospace Engineering footprint strategies.
• Support data gathering and analysis to ensure a discipline and data driven approach is utilized for assumptions and basis of estimates.
• Support CTO in developing Talent and University Relations strategy.
• Support Licensing Projects working across engineering to deliver results.
• Support ES&I in executing M&A integration projects in region, managing day to day activities, budgets, and reporting.
• Monitor and report on project progress, budgets, and ROI
• Support ES&I in regional ISC transitions projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Support growth strategies in Puerto Rico for AT Engineering

10-20% Travel within PR and to US may be required

YOU MUST HAVE:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
• Ability to write, read and speak English
