What You’ll Do:

• Select and developbest-in-class productsfor industrial automation.
• Evaluate and test newindustrial enclosures and thermal managementtechnologies.
• Own the product lifecycle from development to customer support.
• Collaborate withsuppliers, engineers, and internal teamsto ensure top product quality.
• Providesecond-tier supportduring business hours – no 24/7 calls!
• Occasionaldomestic and international travelfor supplier and industry evaluations.

What You Need:

• 6+ years(10 preferred) inindustrial automationorOEM/manufacturingof enclosures or thermal management products.
• Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering(or 10+ years of relevant experience).
• Hands-on experience withPLCs, HMIs, sensors, or industrial controlsis a plus.
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience withUL, CSA, CE, RoHS, CAD (AutoCAD, SolidWorks), or agency approvalsis a plus.
