Based anywhere in Portugal, as anOutside Sales Engineeryou will be responsible for all sales activities of Control and Safety systems as well as identify the market requirements and specifics, develop and execute the strategies and tactics for order growth and profitability.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
• Actively promote and seek new opportunities to sell all products, solutions, and services included in our portfolio.
• Continuously drive the improvement of customers satisfaction by understanding, communicating, and executing solutions to their needs.
• Participate in customer development activities as trade shows, fairs and conferences, aiming to promote the sales of products, solutions and services.
• Maintain and continuously develop a high level of knowledge of our products and technologies.
• Drive sales and proposal strategies with the sales support organization.

For This Role, You Will Need:
• Engineering degree or comparable technical education.
• At least 3 years of technical sales experience in the industrial market.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Portuguese and English proficiency (written/read/spoken).
• Availability for local and international travel.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
• Experience working in a matrix organization.
