ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Manufacturing/Industrial Engineer recent graduate here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to kickstart your career in the field of manufacturing and industrial engineering. You will work alongside experienced professionals and gain hands-on experience in optimizing manufacturing processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring product quality.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by contributing to the optimization of manufacturing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate process design into manufacturing operations and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Location:
This position is available in multiple locations across the United States.

Pay Range:

The annual base salary range for this position is $78,000/yr. – $102,500/yr. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree (or higher) from an accredited college or university in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, Aerospace Engineering, or similar field
• Must graduate from an accredited college or university between December 2024 and May 2025 and be available to begin full-time work between January 2025 – July 2025
• Must have obtained degree within 12 months of the date of hire

WE VALUE:

• Relevant internships or co-op experiences in manufacturing or industrial engineering
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles (Six Sigma experience is a plus)
• Familiarity with CAD software and manufacturing simulation tools
• Industrial design talent
• Ability to learn new technologies
• Eagerness to get involved in hands-on work
• Ability to easily and effectively balance many priorities and results-oriented demands
• Good social skills, both verbal and written
