Manufacturing Engineer
As aManufacturing Engineerhere at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing manufacturing operations and driving operational excellence. You will develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Your expertise will contribute to reducing costs and ensuring the highest level of product quality. You will report directly to our Engineering Supervisor and you will work out of ourArlunolocation on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and productivity of our manufacturing operations, contribute to cost reduction initiatives, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Key requirements
• Support Customer Care (ticket, email, phone)
• Support to companies cover on-site
• Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes
• Drive process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Key skills and qualifications
• 4 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or PLC maintenance
• Expert knowledge of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement methodologies
• Experience in coordinating external resources – no direct reports
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills both in English and Italian language
