In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Responsible for installation of equipment and jig to assemble solenoid valve/ test its function.
• Working on how a business can reduce waste while still improving the production line’s efficiency.
• Support on business can make better use of money, materials and labor force.
• Handling and maintaining the quality of a product.

You effectively communicate in various settings: one-on-one, small and large groups, or among diverse styles and position levels. You scan the environment for new technical skills, knowledge, or capabilities that can benefit business or personal performance. You analyze multiple and diverse sources of information to define problems accurately before moving to solutions.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in lean manufacturing or mechanical/electrical products industry
• Knowledge about machining drawings and crafted development
• Leading internal project as a leader with a positive spirit
• Communicate clearly and optimally with all levels including senior management.
• Working hard for self-development
• Good and effective spoken and written communication skills in Japanese

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Experience in computer aided drawing
• Experience in materials and drawings in English
• High level knowledge or experience in analyzing data with Excel
