Engineering associated with the manufacturing process. Accountable for the quality of own work. Subject to direct operations supervision/prescribed work instructions/systems checking. Executes within a well-defined operations framework. There is generally a step by step sequence of standard operational tasks which need to be followed to achieve an end result.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Define and control production process including tooling and equipment. Validate design specifications and shop floor application of new product, tools, or equipment. Includes Manufacturing Engineers.
• Developing conceptual knowledge of professional discipline. May include support roles with specialized expertise or technical knowledge in broad area.
• Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience. Understands how work of own team contributes to the area.
• Resolves issues using established procedures. Consults supervisor or more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.
• Collaborates with others to solve issues. For customer facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE. Exchanges technical information, asks questions and checks for understanding.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or collegeORa High School diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in relatable industry
Eligibility Requirements
• This position is 100% onsite at the GE Vernova Greenville, SC plant
• Must be legally authorized to work in the USA
Desired Characteristics
• Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
Pay Transparency
The base pay range for this position is $65,600 – $85,000.The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a 5% performance bonus/variable incentivecompensation/equity.This posting is expected to close on September 20,2024, or thereafter.
*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
