In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
• Transfer processes, products, lines and equipment.
• Define operating parameters from an engineering and operational standpoint.
• Design tooling, manufacturing drawings and assemblies applicable to Fromex needs.
• Validate product material structures, as well as time calculation and definition of routines.
• Implement productivity and efficiency measurement techniques, as well as improvements to process flows (layouts).
• Supervise processes and analyze failures to implement preventive actions.
• Develop and update when vital, product assembly and testing procedures.
• Elaborate manuals and training material as well as the delivery of courses.

For This Role, You Will Need:
• Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience
• Bilingual 85%
• At least 7 years proven experience in manufacturing processes.
• Experience in assembly line design, including lean manufacturing and continuous improvement processes.
• Availability and documentation to travel to USA
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
• Skills in reading and understanding specifications and blueprints.
• Ability to recognize diverse engineering and technology processes and applications in automated processes.
• Computer drafting skills desirable (Autocad, Solid Work).
• Ability for the application of statistical techniques.
• Ability to design assembly fixtures, tooling, project management, 5`S and Cost reduction projects.
