We are seeking an exceptional Manufacturing Director (m/f/d) to lead our Debrecen operations organization and drive continuous improvement across delivery, quality, efficiency, and safety initiatives. • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with corporate objectives, driving continuous improvement initiatives across all manufacturing areas
• Financial Management: Plan, monitor, and control annual budgets for manufacturing operations, applying financial models to optimize operational efficiency and cost management
• Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team including area managers, supervisors, operators, technicians, and support staff across multiple functional areas
• Operational Excellence: Ensure flexible, reliable, and efficient operations across raw material warehouses, production areas (FrontEnd, Middle, BackEnd), finished goods, and inventory control
• Performance Management: Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide continuous feedback, create development plans, and drive employee engagement initiatives
• Site Leadership: Serve as a key member of the site leadership team, contributing to overall site performance, competitiveness strategies, and facility development initiatives
• Social Responsibility: Champion and implement social responsibility programs and sustainability initiatives that align with copany values and community engagement
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with global manufacturing leaders and internal collaborators to drive alignment and achieve business objectives
• Project Leadership: Sponsor and oversee strategic projects, ensuring successful implementation and measurable results
• Talent Acquisition: Participate in recruitment and selection processes to build high-performing teams

For This Role, You Will Need:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field
• Proven leadership experience in manufacturing operations or similar industrial environment
• Strong financial competence with experience in budget planning and cost management
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop large, diverse teams
• Knowledge of quality management systems and manufacturing standards
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Thoughtful thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Hard-working with a focus on delivering results
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
• Advanced degree (MBA or Master’s in Engineering/Operations)
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt)
• Experience in semiconductor, electronics, or high-tech manufacturing
• Knowledge of advanced manufacturing technologies and Industry 4.0 concepts
• Experience working in multinational or global manufacturing environments
• Familiarity with ERP systems and manufacturing execution systems (MES)
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2)
• Multilingual capabilities (Hungarian language skills advantageous)
• Experience with change management and organizational transformation
