KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage turbomachinery projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, and testing to integrate turbomachinery systems.
• Perform technical assessments and provide solutions for complex engineering challenges in turbomachinery systems.
• Facilitate design reviews, risk assessments, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers to foster technical development within the team.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as mechanical engineering or aerospace engineering

• Minimum 10 years of experience in turbomachinery design and analysis

·Strong understanding of fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, and materials applicable to turbomachinery.

·Proficiency in relevant software tools for design and analysis, such as ANSYS or MATLab.

·Exceptional problem-solving abilities and project management skills.
