For our New Product Introduction department, we are now looking for a Lead Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. In this role you take the operations lead in the product development projects and develop the operations equipment and processes used to build Emerson products that meet safety, quality and manufacturing performance goals and conformance to product specifications.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Take the operations lead in the product development projects
• Drive operations part of product maintenance changes
• Work cross functionally to ensure that new products are designed for manufacturing and can be manufactured more efficiently and with higher quality
• Help to specify, design and generate drawings and documentation for investment in new equipment
• Create time plans, coordinate people in multiple factories as well as performing tasks on your own

Who You Are:

You preferably have a BSc or MSc in technical Engineering or equivalent experience through previous work. You have strong understanding of manufacturing processes and a technology interest.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Technical education on university level or equivalent through working experience
• Good experience Office/CAD/IT-system
• Good knowledge in manufacturing processes within the appointed functional areas
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Good experience in business system
• Preferably project management experience
