As a Junior Project Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing projects delivering Distributed Control Systems for process industries automation (such as Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Oil & Gas and Refining) under the supervision of other expert engineers. In this role, you will undertake project implementation, and factory acceptance test phases and will also be responsible for crafting documents developed for our customers within our project team according to agreed planning and functional requirements. You will be able to support the Project Team in the delivery of project-related engineering work and are responsible for assigned tasks.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• To support Lead Engineers / Project Managers in understanding, managing, and achieving each customer’s expectations.
• To deliver allocated engineering tasks under supervision (DeltaV DCS configuration and testing) on all allocated tasks and proactively use methodologies, resources, and techniques for minimizing the execution cost, whilst maintaining the requisite schedule and quality standard.
• To ensure that all engineering activities are undertaken following the Company’s quality control processes and that the relevant standard is achieved – always enforce the company’s and customer’s health, safety, and environmental standards.
• To acquire, maintain, and actively share knowledge and experience with the engineering team and the wider organization.
• Take other responsibilities or tasks including those related to Ethics; Health, Safety, and Environment; and Information Security policies that are within your skills and abilities, whenever reasonably instructed. For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Basic (beginner level) technical knowledge of process automation, DCS, and/or PLC systems preferred.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Proficient in English with a third European language preferred (written and verbal).
• Computer literate (MS Office) with software programming skills.
• Willingness to travel with a European focus mainly for shorter periods (up to 50%) as required.
