Overview

We are seeking an experiencedIT Project Managerto lead the full lifecycle of digital projects – from requirements gathering through to delivery and launch. You will coordinate internal and external resources, ensure strong communication between business and technology teams, and maintain a focus on customer experience, time, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead IT and digital development projects from initiation to launch
• Translate business needs into functional requirements for development teams
• Coordinate cross-functional resources (internal and external)
• Drive progress with strong attention to deadlines, budgets, and quality
• Communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders

Requirements

• 3-5 years’ experience managing digital projects in cross-functional teams
• Strong knowledge of APIs, databases, CMS, integrations, and payment systems
• Understanding of IT security and usability best practices
• Familiarity with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional project management methods
• Hands-on experience with requirements specification and coordination of development resources

Nice to Have

• Experience with ERP/CRM systems (e.g. IFS, Lime, Probill) and integration/automation in such environments
• Background in the energy or utilities sector
