RESPONSIBILITIES

Support to Cost controllers

• Analyze invoices received against Purchase orders
• Monitor project cost accounting
• Prepare intercompany invoices according to contractual terms with adequate back-up and book accounting records
• Check intercompany bookings accuracy
• Prepare accounting bookings related to Project Cost control (Cost accruals, Manhours Cost, third part costs)
• Assure admin tasks related to projects

Client invoicing

• Prepare client invoices according to contractual terms with adequate back-up and book accounting records
• Follow up invoices date of receipt, payments from clients and Issue reminders when necessary.

Provide ad hoc support to BPS Business controller/ cost controllers

• Support to prepare consolidation Files to be presented to the management

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education:

Bachelor degree or equivalent in a financial / accounting related degree

Experience:

N/A

Specific competencies:

• Fluent in English.

• Problem-solving skills, attention to detail and a methodical approach to work,

• Ability to analyze information and be comfortable with data,

• Solid IT skills, with good knowledge of MS Excel and the ability to learn specialist software,

• Excellent team working attitude, relationship-building and interpersonal skills
