Cost Control Intern

Job Descriptions:

• Preparation of Weekly Manhours Report
• Preparation of Monthly Manhours Report
• Preparation of Client Invoices
• Preparation of Accrual of Project Costs
• Preparation of Manning Forecast in liaison with budget owners
• Reconciliation of Actual Manhours Costs
• Reconciliation of Accounting Data to Cost Management System
• Provide Access to IFS Time Registration to Employee
• Follow up payment status of vendors’ invoices
• Other ad-hoc request from department / projects
