Job Description

Authorization to work lawfully in the US without sponsorship from Wood is required.
14/14 rotation and lodging provided with your own room and restroom, 3 meals a day(breakfast, lunch, and dinner), gym, cafeteria, laundry room, parking space for personal vehicle.  Transportation: if flying in there’s transportation from the Midland, TX airport to the lodging and from the lodging back to the Midland airport. 
 

Responsibilities

Onsite supervising and coordinating of I&E projects, maintenance, repair & upgrade of existing facilities in an assigned geographical areaBeing a safety leaderDirecting all assigned Project and Maintenance activities to ensure that work is performed in compliance with safety policies/procedures as well as all applicable environmental and regulatory requirements.Coordinating with Engineering, Operations and Planning & Scheduling to achieve established objectives and to minimize interruptions to operationsReviewing invoices and verifying billing, expenditures and cost-control on assigned projectsTraining and/or auditing contract personnel on policies and proceduresEnter daily reporting of activities in Shared drive or specified tracking program accurate and timelyMonitor and track daily cost and notify supervisor in the event of over spending more than 10%

Qualifications

Valid Driver’s License14/14 rotation and lodging provided.5+ years of field operations experience in the oil/gas industrySCADA & PLC knowledge/experienceAbility/willingness to travel 10% of the timeI&E maintenance and project experienceAble to read P&IDs, ISOs, Plot Plans, etc.Extensive working knowledge of field operations, construction operationsAbility to handle multiple projectsStrong planning and organizational skills.Strong computer skills, Word, Access, Excel, etc.Strong leadership, mentoring, team-building, and people development skills
