JOB DESCRIPTION
Roles and Responsibilities
• Providing technical support to customers: This includes answering questions about products, troubleshooting problems, and providing recommendations for solutions.
• Receive, record, analyze customer repair and technical support requests using the software tool provided
• Work closely with factories, repair centers, operations, logistics, customers to achieve shortest possible request closing time maintaining legal and commercial agreements and achieve customer satisfaction
• Working with customers to understand their installed base data, advise for upgrade, repair and other technical recommendations.
• Working with factories and repair centers to facilitate recommendations and solutions implementation at customer sites
• Writing technical documentation: This includes test reports, repair reports, findings solutions, and technical reports.
Required qualifications
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical engineering
• Electrical Safety: This includes knowledge of electrical safety standards, and how to work safely with electrical equipment.
• Arabic & English proficiency
Desired Characteristics
• Power system theory based on the fundamental principles of electrical engineering, such as voltage, current, resistance, power, symmetrical components, etc. and Power system components: the main components include Generators, Transmission lines, Distribution lines, Substations, transformers, Loads, and protective devices.
• Substation automation software and hardware
• Network analysis which is the process of analyzing the behavior of power system under different conditions
• Power system protection: this includes designing and installing protective devices to protect the power system from faults.
• Substation Automation is the process of using digital technology to control and monitor substations.
• Presentation & Communication skills
In line with Saudization requirements preference will be given to qualified Saudi nationals.
