In this role, you will bring solutions to our customers across the US supporting our MicroMotion and Rosemount product line. In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Perform on-site demand and contract field services to support our customers installed bases for Rosemount and MicroMotion Instruments
• Give technical assistance on instrumentation products and process applications to customers as a subject matter expert
• Provide diagnostic, troubleshooting, calibration, start up and commissioning services
• Supply support of local installed bases and recommend approaches on repairs, replacements and upgrades
• Offer informal and on-the-job customer training, while applying all of our safety processes and procedure

You effectively communicate in various settings: one-on-one, small and large groups, or among diverse styles and position levels. You separate and combine activities into efficient workflows. You scan the environment for new technical skills, knowledge, or capabilities that can benefit business or personal performance.For This Role, You Will Need:

• Associates degree in instrumentation or related and 0 years of experienceORHigh School Diploma and 3 years of relevant experience
• Travel required up to 50% domestically
• Legal authorization to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Associates or Technical Degree
• 4 years of customer service experience
• 7 years technical experience related to MicroMotion and Rosemount products and/or instrumentation
