Your Role: Own the Challenge/Take on the Journey

• As a field service engineer in the Robotics & Discrete Automation Business Unit, you will be responsible for the maintenance of the installed painting robot systems, accepting orders for modification projects (including customer meetings and creating estimates), executing orders after receiving them, and dealing with any problems with the delivered painting robot systems.

• Work withcutting-edgetechnology and top experts to engineer solutions that shape the future.

Whatittakes toRunwhatruns theworld

• Technical college or Universitygraduate(mechanical or electrical engineering preferred)

• 5+ years of work experience in product service function preferred.

• B to B service and support experience preferred.

• Customer account management experiencepreferred.

• Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge.

• 【Japanese】JLPTN1 level or above in Japanese language

• 【English】Work experience in an English-speaking environment
