JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a skilled and experiencedField Services Engineerwith a strong background inelectrical engineeringto support our industrial customers in theSouthern region of Thailand, particularly in theOil & Gas,Chemical, and related sectors. This role involves providing on-site technical services, troubleshooting, and maintenance to ensure high equipment reliability and customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliveron-site technical support, including installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical and automation systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolveelectrical and control system issuesin industrial environments.
• Performpreventive and corrective maintenanceto ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Collaborate with customers to understand technical requirements and providetailored solutions.
• Document service activities, preparetechnical reports, and provide feedback for product and service improvement.
• Conducttraining sessionsfor customers on equipment operation and maintenance best practices.
• Ensure all field activities comply withsafety regulationsand company standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree inElectrical Engineeringor related discipline.
• Minimum3–5 years of experiencein field service, technical support, or maintenance roles.
• Hands-on experience inindustrial environments, preferably inOil & Gas,Chemical, or heavy industries.
• Strong knowledge ofelectrical systems,automation, andinstrumentation.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills in Thai and English.
• Ability to work independently and travel frequently within the Southern region.
