Field Service Engineer

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Maintenance work for industrial valves used in factories, etc.
• Keep collecting or dive into hidden customer’s needs related to after service.
• Deliver the quotation to the customer.
• Preparing report for individual maintenance cases.

Who You Are:

• Understand product technically and facilitate customer promptly.
• Keep improving productivity and optimizing process for maintenance and keep read time .

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Those who are interested in maintenance work related to valves/pumps/machines hydraulic equipment/ instrumentation.
• Those who have experience in equipment maintenance work.
• Business Japanese level, reading writing listening and speaking.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Those who have qualification or knowledge for machine operation technology (Crane operation, forklift operation, slinging, etc.)
• Experience in maintenance work related to valves/pumps/machines/hydraulic equipment/instrumentation.
