Field Service Engineer

We have an opportunity for aField Service Engineerto join us atHoneywellinPoland. You will be focused on install and maintain Building Management Systems (BMS), based on our Software EBI.

The Field Service Engineer will act as local System Engineer. He/she will deal with high level expert to Support Service Customers, System’s Migration and Upgrades and Software and Hardware troubleshooting. He/she shall be able to provide Preventive Maintenance, repairs and reaction to faults in BMS Systems, HVAC and Security Systems.

This is a field role, up to 80% of the time will be spent travelling to customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customers in the following areas: Krakow, Katowice, Warsaw, Wroclaw, Gdansk, Lodz. May require carrying out site work and international assignments from time to time.

Key requirements

·Performing remote or on call support (preventive maintenance, repairs, modernizations)

·Installing control system’s software and hardware, upgrades and migrations.

·Maintain high level knowledge of Honeywell’s BA systems hardware and software platforms

·Creating offers for repairs

·Proactively recommends potential quality and efficiency improvement within service team.

Key skills and qualifications

·Diploma holder in engineering ( Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation )

·High knowledge in HVAC, Microsoft Server, Windows applications and AD management

·High level of Cyber Security awareness (McAfee, Symantec)

·Proven experience with Cisco Networks and Virtualization (vMware)

·Good knowledge and experience in hardware assembly process.

·Knowledge of Polish (fluent) and English language (technical and communication level).

·Knowledge of Honeywell HBT Systems hardware platforms (as a plus)
