As a Field Service Engineer here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to provide technical expertise and facilitate our customers in the field service operations. You will be accountable for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, ensuring the successful implementation of our solutions, and driving customer satisfaction. Your problem-solving skills and dedication to excellence will play a crucial role in the success of our field service operations and the growth of our business. You will report directly to our Field Service Engineering Manager and you’ll work out of our location on a work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency, productivity, and safety of our customers’ operations by providing exceptional technical support and service. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for our customers
• Provide technical support and expertise for field service operations
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of our solutions
• Conduct training sessions for field service technicians and customers
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement

YOU MUST HAVE

• 3-5 years of technical sales experience in the security industry
• Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in field service engineering
• Strong technical knowledge and expertise in relevant technologies
• Availability for up to 50% travel
• Spanish Proficiency
• English Proficiency
• Experience with a CRM
• Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
