Service Sales Specialist-Robotic(RACS)

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will have the opportunity to execute service work with low to medium complexity as per work instructions and in accordance with ABB standard processes, quality standards, and safety guidelines. Each day, you will plan and execute work on a first-time right approach with customers. You will also showcase your expertise by displaying a clear understanding of sense of urgency and care in your own area of responsibility. The work model for the role is: onsite . Onsite Linkedin # This role is contributing to the Robotics Automation Business in Pune region. You will be mainly accountable for: • Responsible for on-site robot debugging (including robot system commission, functional program module writing, process debugging and problem handling). • Manage and monitor Upgradation project during whole execution period until get FAC. • Knowledge in paint process parameters on surface like DFT, gloss, color values etc. • In depth knowledge of Atomizers/Spray gun. • Ability to read electrical & mechanical drawings. • Conveyor tracking concepts. • Robot application programming, Industrial robot/spraying robot debugging (gluing, flaming, blowing, wipe, film thickness detection) • Hands on Experience in robot disassembly and maintenance activities. • Working with the customer (while on-site) to identify opportunities to improve the customer’s operations and eliminate pain points. • Performing field service tasks, identifying technical issues, and performing analysis through remote or on-site activity in service categories and products. • Preparing material lists needed for service activity and ensuring that all materials, parts, and equipment are available and of appropriate quality for service activities. • Troubleshooting equipment/process failures, requesting proactive corrective actions, and making recommendations to avoid such issues in the future

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE

• You are immersed in working with Robot software like Robot studio, Rob view, Shop floor editor and the Robot Industry Sector market
• Ability to demonstrate your experience in robot application programming, Industrial robot/spraying robot debugging (gluing, flaming, blowing, wipe, film thickness detection) with minimum 2-5 years of working experience with minimum 80% travel PAN India.
• Possess an enhanced knowledge of in paint process parameters on surface like DFT, gloss, color values
• Proficiency in Key MS office programs is required (Excel, Outlook, Word & Power point)  Excellent Communication & Presentation skills, out of box conceptualizing ability
• Degree in B.E./Diploma in Paint technology/Chemical engineering/Mechanical.
• You are at ease communicating in English and Local Language.
• You should hold India Visa or work permit.
