THIS POSITION REPORTS TO

Project Manager

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will have the opportunity to execute service work with low to medium complexity as per work instructions and in accordance with ABB standard processes, quality standards, and safety guidelines. Each day, you will plan and execute work on a first-time right approach with customers. You will also showcase your expertise by displaying a clear understanding of sense of urgency and care in your own area of responsibility. The work model for the role is: On-site This role is contributing to the Electrifications Service Division of ABB, Philippines. You will be mainly accountable for: • Ensuring customer retention by delivering superior customer experience and effectively communicate service work timeline and expectations. • Working with the customer (while on-site) to identify opportunities to improve the customer’s operations and eliminate pain points. • Performing field service tasks, identifying technical issues, and performing analysis through remote or on-site activity in service categories and products. • Preparing material lists needed for service activity and ensuring that all materials, parts, and equipment are available and of appropriate quality for service activities. • Troubleshooting equipment/process failures, requesting proactive corrective actions, and making recommendations to avoid such issues in the future. • Planning and executing work on a first-time-right approach with customers and ensure the job is done on time and of high quality standard.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE

• Degree qualification in Electrical Engineering, preferably licensed.
• You are highly skilled in commissioning, troubleshooting and installation of electrical components
• Ability to demonstrate your skills and/or experience in switchgears, protection relays, transformer etc.
• Possess good attention to detail, time management and able to work under pressure.
• Passionate about working directly with customers and delivering excellent service.
• You are at ease communicating in English and Filipino languages.
• You hold works rights in the Philippines and a valid driver’s license.
