As an Embedded Engineer I here at Honeywell, you will be accountable for designing and developing embedded software solutions. You will work with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and specifications and ensure the efficient and timely completion of projects. Your technical expertise will play a critical role in shaping the future of technology in the aerospace, industrial, and automation domains. You will report directly to our Engineering Manager and you’ll work out of our Mexico City location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the development of cutting-edge embedded systems and contribute to projects that have a significant global impact. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and specifications
• Design and develop embedded software solutions
• Ensure the efficient and timely completion of projects
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues
• Conduct code reviews to identify and address potential issues

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or Computer Science
• 1+ years of experience in software coding, development, designing and testing

WE VALUE

• Some embedded software development experience, knowledge of RTOS, SoC.
• Writing efficient, high quality and maintainable C/C++ code (to work on a range of hardware platforms) using industry best practice and methodologies.
