THIS POSITION REPORTS TO

Senior Technical Support Engineer

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Conduct technical discussions with customers and design electrical system solutions and quotations based on customer requirements. 2.Collaborate with robotics proposal engineers to design electrical systems as per technical requirements and provide electrical quotations. 3.Prepare technical enquiry documents for equipment listed in the solution’s configuration, communicate technical details with suppliers, confirm specifications, consolidate supplier quotations, perform cost calculations for the system solution, and calculate return on investment. 4.Draft electrical schematics, program PLC software, and develop human-machine interfaces. 5.Conduct on-site project commissioning and guide on-site electrical personnel in installation and wiring.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE

• 1.Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in electrical automation, design, or related fields.
• 2.Over 8 years of relevant work experience in electrical engineering.
• 3.Practical system commissioning experience with ABB robots in various industries is preferred.
• 4.Capable of handling electrical system design, installation, and commissioning in robotic application solutions.
• 5.Familiar with Siemens and Mitsubishi PLC programming, motion control, and other automation control systems.
• 6.Knowledgeable in data acquisition, analysis, and monitoring display of industrial equipment.
• 7.Proficient in software such as EPLAN.
• 8.Excellent communication, organisational, coordination skills, strong service awareness, and team spirit.
• 9.Willingness to travel.
