We are looking for a dedicated Site Manager f/m/d to professionally coordinate our construction sites and serve as the central link between our production facilities and project locations.

In this role, you will work on exciting projects that cover the entire Schneider Electric portfolio – from power distribution and UPS and cooling systems to modern building management solutions.

Your IMPACT:

• Supervision and control of complex specialist installations.
• Commissioning, fault analysis, instruction in system functions, and acceptance testing.
• Coordination and performance monitoring of subcontractors and temporary workers.
• Technical coordination with the customer, other trades, and project management.
• Technical leadership of Schneider Electric electricians, personnel deployment planning, and ensuring occupational safety.
• Participation in claims management.

Your Profile:

• Completed vocational training as an electronics technician for industrial engineering or in the field of refrigeration technology / plant engineering, along with initial experience in construction site management.
• Strong technical and manual skills with a proactive approach to solving complex tasks independently.
• Good German and very good English skills.
• Willingness to travel and a valid Class B driver’s license.
