E-commerce Sales Engineer

What will you do?

We are looking for a results-driven e-Commerce Sales Engineer to be part of our NEAL online channel sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in e-commerce sales, dealing with e-Commerce pioneers , and the ability to drive revenue growth through online channels.

Main Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners.
• Understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions.

• Customer relationship management and identifying opportunities to improve the online customer experience.
• Collaborating with sales and marketing teams, and driving e-commerce sales growth
• Stay updated on e-commerce trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
• Optimize the online customer experience to drive conversion and retention.

Collaborate closely with global e-commerce and zone teams to share best practices & align strategies.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or any related field
• 0-2 years of experience in related field.
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Team player and contribute positively to a strong, collaborative team.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Skilled in using and managing different digital tools with confidence.Proficiency in Excel for managing and analyzing sales data and Power BI is a plus
